As our company is currently going through an exciting period of sustainable growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate recruitment expert to drive and professionalize our international recruitment activities, uphold diversity & talent standards and position Usercentrics as Employer of choice.
We offer a fantastic opportunity to further shape our international recruitment function while supporting immediate and future organizational hiring goals of Usercentrics and being part of our multinational HR Team with colleagues located across Europe.
You Bring
- Strong hands-on E2E recruitment experience (5+ years) preferably in a Tech company, supporting global fast-paced organizations with the recruitment of varied job profiles
- Having gained Team Lead experience for (smaller) teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking through strong market knowledge and courageous advisory skills
- Ample experience and creativity in effective, tailored sourcing
- Marvelous organizational skills and solid conceptual thinking
- A cooperative, flexible & positive mindset, truly enjoying recruitment
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills and Portuguese language skills
