Partner Marketing Manager - Platform Partners (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to work closely with the Platform Partnership team and our Platform and Strategic partners eg. Duda, Trusted Shops, Shopify, Shopware and more. You will be part of the Product and Partner Marketing team within the Marketing Department. Within your responsibility will be to own and drive the partner marketing activities and partner acquisition campaigns for Platform partners.

Reporting to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing and working closely with the rest of the Marketing team and you will be a key stakeholder for the Platform Partnership.

Your Tasks
  • Own and execute the Partner marketing strategy for our Platform Partner Program in close collaboration with the Platform Partnerships commercial and Product team.
  • Responsible for buiding the Platform Partner acquisition strategy through partner Account Based Marketing activities and other lead generation tactics to generate MQLs.
  • Responsible for the external launch of new Platform partners.
  • Responsible for the activation of existing partners through co-marketing activities to increase reach and share of wallet within existing partners.
  • Own the positioning and messaging of the Platform Partner Program across owned, earned and shared media channels (website, social media, PR etc.).
  • Lead the external launches of Top tier partners and work closely with the partners on a joint co-marketing plan for the roll out.
  • Support a portfolio of existing partners including our Top Tier partners and Strategic partnerships including co-marketing activities with existing partners to drive partner-led revenue. 
  • Lead the creation of lead generation collateral and partner enablement assets together with our Content team (onepagers, whitepapers, slide decks, videos) to drive demand towards the Platform Partners.
  • Support the achievement of quarterly/yearly goals for Platform.
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements. Reporting and analyzing partner marketing campaigns and optimizing performance based on data insights.
  • Develop processes and tools to ensure that partner marketing programs meet partner and marketing objectives.
  • Act as a direct link between the Partnership teams and Marketing teams by educating the rest of the marketing organization on the Platform Partners narrative, goals and objectives.
You Bring
  • A minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in Partner Marketing working with Tech/Platform/Integration Partners.
  • Robust experience with partner Account Based Marketing and creative approach towards partner acquisition.
  • Solid track record of successful execution of partner acquisition campaigns and activation campaigns across various channels and tactics.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the partner personas, pains and gains,  and partner commercial models. 
  • Strategic thinking and creative mindset.
  • An interest in the data privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Compliance and Consent Management.
  • Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time and build efficient processes.
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in.
  • Experience with working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools like Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • English language fluency (C2) and C1 in German language is a plus.
  • Experience on “Community-Led” Go-to-Market, Influencer marketing a plus.
