We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Designer to join our Content Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll become the cornerstone of our brand's visual identity and craft compelling visuals that echo our brand voice across multiple channels. If you're brimming with creative ideas and have proficiency in top design software to transform concepts into impactful marketing materials, join us in shaping our brand's future.

Your Tasks
  • Craft captivating creatives: Build brand-consistent marketing assets, from impactful product-focused imagery and video, to blog post illustrations, high-converting ad social media ads or eye-catching event booths.
  • Empower self-serve design: Evolve our brand expression through templates for different formats and channels, ensuring design consistency across marketing surfaces while experimenting and trying new concepts.
  • Be a brand advocate: implement our visual brand guidelines and corporate identity across marketing channels.
  • Ideas and strategies: Put on your thinking cap to come up with ingenious creative ideas and strategies that make our brand shine or new tools and processes that ease the design workflows.
You Bring
  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital design experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in different flavors of B2B multimedia design - e.g. graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, UX/web (Please submit it or include a link with your application)
  • Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma (or similar), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator). Experience using Canva (or similar) for design template library. Knowledge of motion design and video editing is a plus (Premier Pro, After Effects). 
  • A solid understanding of integrating artificial intelligence into the design workflow.
  • Ability to own and drive projects through collaboration with different stakeholders, clearly articulating and defending design decisions.
  • Passionate about every facet of design based on business goals and channel performance, from high-level strategic direction to granular design details.
