Technical Lead (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Tech Lead (m / f / d) to join our team located in Prague! Revolutionising an entire industry is exciting, but not easy. That’s why we need you! Your Tasks
  • Leading a team consisting of supportive and passionate software engineers (local and remote)
  • Orchestrating the design, development and delivery of our external API to be consumed by our partners
  • Collaborating with Product Owner, stakeholders and other developers, contribute to refinement and planning sessions and drive the team’s discussions on system architecture and component design
  • Supporting and guiding the team to ensure all committed stories for the sprint are completed per the sprint goal
  • Reviewing other team members’ code, providing corrections and feedback in a professional, skill-building way, ensuring the team itself will improve as well as the quality of deliverables
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement by empowering and enabling your team
  • Provide feedback on the performance of the team as well as input on how to improve the team and their output
You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in NodeJs/TypeScript, writing and deploying scalable high-quality production code combined with object-oriented software design abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in technical leadership in a tech lead or team lead position
  • Proven experience in designing and developing APIs and the processes involved
  • A passion and track record for designing and building scalable services and infrastructures
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience and willingness to mentor other team members of all levels
  • Confidence in decision making and taking ownership by team inclusion
  • Hands-on experience with (any) API gateway is a plus
  • Experience with NestJS is a plus
  • Experience with GCP or another cloud provider (AWS, Azure, …) is a plus
  • Experience writing C# and .NET Core applications is a plus
  • An ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive attitude
