We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the Product Director and Product team to support our new products Preference Manager and launch new products. You will be part of the Product Marketing team within the Marketing Department. As part of your responsibilities, you will own and drive the product marketing roadmap, growth initiatives and work closely with the Product Managers on end to end customer journey. Reporting to the Director of Product and Partner Marketing and working closely with the rest of the Marketing team and you will be a key stakeholder for the Product Managers and provide input to the strategy and roadmap for Preference Manager and new products.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring their Product Marketing career to the next level, have a direct impact on launching new products to market , and shape the future of data privacy.

Your Tasks
  • Plan, develop and lead the product marketing strategy for Preference Manager product and will be responsible for leading new products to market.
  • Shape and drive the industry awareness, market demand and business growth and develop the Go-to-Market strategy for our new products.
  • Responsible for conducting market research and analysis that will support the messaging and positioning of the products.
  • Own and drive the messaging, positioning of the products and persona development.
  • Lead the competitor insights and sales enablement by preparing battle cards for our sales and partnership team and sale collateral.
  • Work with our broader marketing team (Content, PR, Webdev, PPC and events marketing, etc) on strategy, planning, and execution of all product marketing activities to drive the defined results and maintain a high standard of customer journey across all regions.
  • Contribute to the event strategy and content distribution strategy for the products to increase product awareness and demand.
  • Full responsibility for new product or features launches.
  • Be an active participant of the Marketing team by sharing your experiences broadly in order to inspire, mentor, and develop a team of high performing marketers.
You Bring
  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in Product marketing roles working on launching new products to market or being the first marketer in early stage start-up who brought the product to market.
  • Experience with self-serve/product-led-growth (PLG) and sales-led motions from a product marketing perspective.
  • Experience in new product launches and working closely with product teams on product development phases.
  • Background and proven track record of successful execution of B2B product GTM initiatives, having successfully developed marketing strategies and driven initiatives across countries.
  • A self-starter attitude with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the buyer and user personas, pains and gains, Jobs to be done framework and commercial models. 
  • Strategic thinking and creative mindset.
  • Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with international teams. 
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics and translate them in an easy to understand and value based communication.
  • An interest in the data privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Compliance and Consent Management.
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in.
  • Experience with working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools like Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • English language fluency (C2 or above).
