We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the Product Director and Product team to support our Preference Manager product and launch new products. You will be part of the Product and Partner Marketing team within the Marketing Department. As part of your responsibilities, you will own and drive the product marketing roadmap, growth initiatives and work closing with the Product Managers on end to end customer journey.
You Bring
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in Product marketing roles.
- Experience with self-serve/product-led-growth (PLG) and sales-led motions from a product marketing perspective.
- Experience in new product launches and working closely with product teams on product development.
- Background and proven track record of successful execution of B2B product GTM initiatives, having successfully developed marketing strategies and driven initiatives across countries.
- A self-starter attitude with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive business growth.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the buyer and user personas, pains and gains, Jobs to be done framework and commercial models.
- Strategic thinking and creative mindset.
- Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with international teams.
- Ability to grasp complex technical topics and translate them in an easy to understand and value based communication.
- An interest in the data privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Compliance and Consent Management.
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in.
- Experience with working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools like Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets.
- English language fluency (C2 or above).
