We are seeking a part-time Office Event Coordinator (m / f /d) to join our team for about 20 hours per week. Your Tasks
  • Plan and coordinate a variety of office events, from breakfasts, lunches, and happy hours to team-building events, while also managing perks, celebrations for birthdays, welcoming new joiners, work anniversaries, and other special occasions
  • Ensure lively office communication on Slack & our intranet and serve as the point of contact for our Prague colleagues but also for visitors from other company office locations
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, snacks, and drinks, overseeing the "office feelgood" budget and maintaining detailed records of expenditures
  • Serve as a liaison between our office business center and employees, preparing entry cards for our new joiners & visitors, addressing logistical or malfunction issues, ensuring compliance with standard work environment codes, and maintaining a well-organized, tidy office that includes responsibilities for recycling and caring for our lovely office plants
  • Collaborate with and support various teams, including HR, DEI task force, and IT teams, by assisting with diverse tasks to enhance overall efficiency and contribute to the success of the organization
You Bring
  • Previous experience in event planning, office management or a related role 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (our company language); proficiency in Czech is a significant advantage
  • Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various teams, colleagues, and external visitors
  • Flexible with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google communication tools and relevant software
  • Awareness of environmental practices, contributing to the maintenance of a well-organized, tidy office with responsibilities for recycling and plant care
  • Creative thinking and the ability to plan and execute engaging, fun, and memorable events and activities
