Marketing Campaign Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will be pivotal in optimizing our inner- and cross-departmental campaign management efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Marketing campaigns while enhancing your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Marketing Enablement Lead. 

Your Tasks
  • You will create and maintain the detailed marketing campaign calendar with a focus on revenue goals
  • Doing so, you will closely collaborate and engage stakeholders within and outside the Marketing team such as Legal, Content, Sales/SDR, and DemandGen teams
  • You will oversee and drive the successful execution of our Marketing campaigns
  • You will ensure the development of detailed reporting dashboards, and workflow tools and take care of transparent documentation and communication of results
You Bring
  • Previous experience in the fields of Marketing Campaign Management/Coordination (2-3 years)
  • A thorough understanding of Marketing in a B2B environment; SaaS experience is a plus
  • You know the relevant KPIs in a B2B SaaS environment, you know how they differ in a no-touch vs. a high-touch Sales approach
  • You live and breathe project management, you are proficient in Asana (or a similar project management tool)
  • Data- and number-driven and analytical mindset with a drive to always dig deeper
  • A collaborative approach, open to learning and contributing ideas to the team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
