We are looking for a Partner Marketing Campaign Manager for our growing Partner Marketing Team! As Partner Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation and distribution of marketing collateral to enable, educate and activate the partner database. You will work collaboratively with both the partnerships team and the marketing team to ensure that there is strategy alignment between what we are communicating to our partners and to our end customers. You will be supported by a team of Partner Marketers but ultimately responsible for the content and communication to the large database of partners.

Your Tasks
  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of all partner motions, strategies and objectives.
  • Supporting a portfolio of 4000+ (Channel, Platform, Distribution and Affiliate Partners) with automated marketing, enablement and sales campaigns.
  • Execute on partner marketing campaigns from messaging briefing to campaign distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create marketing materials that enable, educate and activate our partners. Including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, one pagers, playbooks, campaigns-in-a-box, etc.
  • Develop an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, product updates, and program changes.
  • Act as a link between the Partnership teams and Marketing teams.
  • Support the achievement of quarterly/yearly partner goals in revenue.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance for each partner marketing campaign, partner sales campaign and email communication using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Keep up to speed on industry trends and competitor research to ensure we are enabling our partners with the most relevant, up-to-date information to be successful.
You Bring
  • 3 years in Partner Marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • 2 years of email marketing experience in Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot or such is considered beneficial.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the buyer persona and SaaS business models. 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing campaigns planning, channels and tactics for successful campaign execution, especially websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral.
  • Comprehensive project management skills and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently through the project lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple campaigns at the same time and build efficient processes.
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical approach to campaign performance review.
  • Industry knowledge: where our audience is, what they are interested in. 
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in and support on projects.
  • Beneficial to have experience with a PRM such as Allbound or Salesforce PRM.
  • English language fluency (C1 or above), German language skills is a plus.
  • An interest in the privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Consent Management.
