We’re looking for a motivated (Junior) Apps Sales Engineer (m / f / d) to join our team. You will be in charge of designing complex CMP solutions to be implemented, have a passion for selling technology solutions and translate our customers’ business challenges into solutions.
This being a junior role we see this as an opportunity for developers and other candidates with a technical background to step into a more commercial role.
Your Tasks
Pre-Sales Support- Owning and managing complex sales projects with high value international clients
- Setting up and running best-in-class POCs and Demos for new and existing clients
- Completing RFI, Tenders and complex inquiries and coordinating them with multiple stakeholders across different departments
- Providing solution designs and architectures that can be scaled to high value enterprise customers world-wide
- Working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams and provide your technical expertise to establish new successful integrations and product implementations
- Supporting, testing and validating implementations of Usercentrics products and solutions on various platforms
Managing internal and external pre-sales processes- Owning the Complex Solutions Sales and RFI processes
- Improving product feature offerings by providing feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Tech
Representing the technology side of Usercentrics to clientsManaging relationships with diverse stakeholders on the customer side (C-level, product, operations and others)
You Bring
- Software Engineering background
- Experience with mobile technologies (i.e., iOS, Android, Unity)
- A good understanding of relevant ecosystems and technologies: AdTech services etc.
- Ambition and desire to be part of deploying high-quality and complex SaaS implementations to deliver business value
- Business level English proficiency, additional German proficiency will be an advantage
- Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences
- Experience with product development or software development for mobile
- First hands-on experience with web technology (Javascript, HTML, CSS and API-based solutions) and mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin)
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Aspirations to be the go to product Champion for all technical aspects of our solution in a customer context
