As a Web Experience QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our websites deliver a flawless user experience, working closely with developers, designers, and marketers to rigorously test our web applications, focusing on functionality, usability, and performance. You ensure quality and conversion driven QA processes implementing best practices and driving test automation while aligning with marketing efforts and goals.

You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software QA/testing.
- Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience with plain JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Similarweb, Amplitude or similar)
- Strong understanding of web technologies, development methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams or within the development team in assessing and resolving bugs
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- A proactive and open-minded attitude, contributing actively to discussions and decision-making processes.
- Previous experience in web editing, web development, and quality assurance would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in marketing or conversion rate optimization roles are a plus
