We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts in the US region. This role is critical in ensuring our products resonate with US audiences, addressing regional customer needs, and driving market growth. Your Tasks
  • Go-to-Market strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the US market, aligning closely with regional sales, partnerships, growth and customer success teams.
  • Market research: Conduct thorough market research to understand US-specific customer needs, trends, and pain points, providing actionable insights to the broader team.
  • Competitive analysis: Perform competitive analysis focused on key players in the US, identifying gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Localized messaging and positioning: Localize product messaging and positioning to resonate with US audiences and ensure regional preferences and expectations are aligned.
  • Campaign collaboration: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create targeted campaigns that address the unique characteristics of the US market.
  • Sales enablement: Support the sales team with US-specific enablement materials, and competitive battle cards to improve deal velocity and win rates.
  • Customer insights: Gather and analyze feedback from US customers and prospects to refine strategies, inform the product roadmap, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Performance monitoring: Monitor and report on US market performance, providing actionable insights to inform leadership and optimize regional growth strategies.
  • Win/loss analysis: Perform in-depth win/loss analysis to uncover key reasons behind deal outcomes, highlighting actionable insights to enhance positioning and sales strategies.
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, out of which minimum 3 years in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies in the US market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience localizing messaging for specific audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, partnership, and customer success teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, or other marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with international teams. 
  • Experience with working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management tools like Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • English language fluency (C2 or above).
