We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our BI Team, with a dedicated focus on Acquisition Marketing. In this role, you will apply your expertise in data analysis, SaaS B2B Business, and marketing metrics to deliver actionable insights that drive lead generation and marketing campaign success. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (Looker is a plus) is essential, and experience in Python is a strong advantage. You will play a pivotal role in bridging technical data analysis with business-oriented decision-making.
Your Tasks
  • Act as a dedicated BI partner to the Demand Generation team, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize lead generation, campaign performance, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Looker, ensuring stakeholders have access to metrics and actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards tailored to business stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making during reporting discussions.
  • Leverage SaaS B2B Business to perform in-depth analyses, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making processes tailored to B2B marketing and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key demand generation metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lead Conversion Rates, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Lifetime Value (LTV), campaign ROI, CAC:Payback, etc
  • Use SQL to query and manipulate large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Utilize Python (if applicable) for advanced data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling to enhance demand generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform data findings into actionable recommendations and track their implementation and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, B2B marketing best practices, and new tools to continuously improve demand generation efforts.
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on B2B business and marketing insights.
  • Proficiency in SaaS B2B Business for data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data. Python is a plus
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Solid understanding of demand generation metrics and marketing KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, and customer journey analysis.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to strategic business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
