We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Automation team in Lisbon. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze and address challenges effectively. With a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in marketing automation, you will play a key role in managing our marketing automation system.
Your passion for data and analytical mindset will be essential as you handle data wrangling and cleaning, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization with our CRM platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams, particularly Data & Analytics, and report directly to the Marketing Automation Lead.
You Bring
- Previous experience in roles in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (1-3 years)
- Hands-on experience in implementing email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies
- Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in marketing automation tools
- Understanding of the marketing funnel, lead lifecycle, and customer journey
- Knowledge of API integrations and connecting tools via platforms like Zapier (a plus).
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, Eloqua)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- A growth mindset and an out-of-the-box thinking
- Desire to learn more and specialize in marketing automation
- Good at planning ahead and sticking to clear timelines and deadlines
- Great team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to have: Account Engagement Specialist Certification
