As a Growth Marketer (m / f / d) - Acquisition & Virality embedded in our cross-functional growth team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through experimentation across top of the funnel.

You Bring
- A proven track record of executing successful acquisition and virality-focused growth strategies.
- Marketing automation experience preferably with Pardot.
- Experience in growth marketing, preferably in a PLG, SaaS, or B2B tech environment.
- Hands-on experience driving organic user acquisition and viral loops.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
- Expertise in A/B testing, growth loops, referral mechanics, and funnel optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and how to leverage them for growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across different teams.
- A self-starter attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and ability to execute hands-on marketing tasks (marketing automation, landing pages etc).
- Excited about solving tough problems no one else has solved. Aggressive goals don’t scare you, they excite you.
