Account Development Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Account Development Representative who demonstrates the qualities of a quick learner with exceptional listening and negotiating skills. In this role, you will play a crucial part in lead generation and development, contributing significantly to the expansion of our global reach. Your Tasks
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of our products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and partners
  • Being the first point of contact and performing warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for Low-Touch accounts, helping customers navigate their self-serve journey, and addressing their queries to ensure seamless progress through the trial and adoption phases
  • Ensuring all accounts are provided best in class product consultation to ensure their successful journey over the product usage from the trial usage to production 
  • Designing industry-specific outbound efforts to engage with key accounts and converting trial users into full-blown subscribers by providing personalized, scalable solutions.
  • Working with a CRM system and keeping the information and activity flows up to date
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, preferably with familiarity in automated sales processes.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written (email/messenger communication) and spoken (phone calls, video conferences, events participation)
  • Good understanding of the industry specifics
  • Ability to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities
  • Ability to establish trust with self-serve customers, ensuring that communication is clear, engaging, and supportive throughout their journey.
  • Proficient in analyzing business opportunities and reading situations accurately
  • Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities
  • High-energy and motivated approach to work
  • Strong interest, knowledge, and passion for technology, innovation, and the industry
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a desire to work closely with colleagues from various teams within Usercentrics
