SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. We believe there is no need for a trade-off between growth and privacy compliance. Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead and scale our product management team. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that our privacy-first solutions continue to set industry standards while driving business growth. As a senior leader, you will manage a team of Product Managers, foster collaboration across departments, and shape the next generation of privacy technology.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in product leadership, B2B SaaS, and data privacy. You are equally comfortable setting long-term vision as you are making data-driven product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years leading a team of Product Managers.
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in the privacy, security, or compliance space.
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and others) and their impact on digital products.
- A track record of defining product vision, strategy, and execution plans in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, UX, gtm, and legal.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, product roadmapping, and backlog prioritization.
- Strong leadership qualities: mentor, motivator, and strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Usercentrics we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
