As a Senior WordPress Web Developer - Growth embedded in our cross-functional growth team, you will work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through experimentation across top of the funnel.

• Develop custom features, landing pages, and tools focused on driving user acquisition and enhancing virality.

• Implement optimization projects within established outcomes, ensuring continuous performance enhancements.

• Integrate APIs to enrich site functionality and user interactions.

• Collaborate within the team to move outcomes forward but also with the core teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive acquisition & virality.

• Continuously refine and improve existing tools and processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.

• 6+ years of hands-on web development experience.

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, SCSS, AJAX) with a keen eye on SEO and performance metrics.

• Back-end experience with APIs, server technologies, and modern development frameworks.

• Proven success in crafting conversion-focused websites and landing pages.

• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and address potential performance issues or errors.

• A genuine passion for web technologies and open-source communities.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.

• A reliable, self-motivated work style with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Git, development environments, and staging workflows.

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and tracking tools.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), or other analytics/tracking tools.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with server-side tracking and data layer integrations.

• Awareness or experience with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Browser console debugging skills, including setting breakpoints and performance benchmarking.

• Experience working with B2B SaaS PLG websites.

• Experience using collaboration and productivity tools like Slack, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace
