Develop custom features, landing pages, and tools focused on driving user acquisition and enhancing virality.
Implement optimization projects within established outcomes, ensuring continuous performance enhancements.
Integrate APIs to enrich site functionality and user interactions.
Collaborate within the team to move outcomes forward but also with the core teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive acquisition & virality.
Continuously refine and improve existing tools and processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
6+ years of hands-on web development experience.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, SCSS, AJAX) with a keen eye on SEO and performance metrics.
Back-end experience with APIs, server technologies, and modern development frameworks.
Proven success in crafting conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and address potential performance issues or errors.
A genuine passion for web technologies and open-source communities.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to align development efforts with business objectives.
A reliable, self-motivated work style with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Git, development environments, and staging workflows.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and tracking tools.
Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), or other analytics/tracking tools.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with server-side tracking and data layer integrations.
Awareness or experience with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Browser console debugging skills, including setting breakpoints and performance benchmarking.
Experience working with B2B SaaS PLG websites.
Experience using collaboration and productivity tools like Slack, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace
