Are you a product-minded problem solver who thrives on unlocking user value quickly and effectively? At Usercentrics, we’re on the lookout for a ‘Growth Product Manager (m / f / d) - Activation’ to help users reach their "aha" moment faster, increase activation rates, and significantly impact conversion.
In this role, you’ll be embedded in our cross-functional Growth team, working closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers. Your mission: build and scale activation strategies that accelerate time-to-activation, personalize onboarding experiences, and drive measurable improvements in activation and onboarding conversion.
You Bring
- Proven experience in Growth or Product roles, with a strong focus on activation, onboarding, or product adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to improve time-to-activation and increase activation rates.
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, and a metrics-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) dynamics and user behavior during early product use.
- Experience designing or implementing personalized onboarding flows, ideally using segmentation and localization techniques.
- Comfort with leveraging AI or automation tools to tailor user journeys at scale.
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to move fast and learn faster.
- Bonus: Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and lifecycle messaging platforms.
