  • Monitor and report on key commercial KPIs (pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, ACV, churn, CLV, etc).
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools), providing stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance.
  • Use SQL to query and validate data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales strategy and operations.
  • Support revenue forecasting and planning through data modeling and historical trend analysis.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, BI) to align data sources and reporting standards.
  • Stay up to date on RevOps best practices, tools, and SaaS sales trends to continuously improve reporting and processes.
You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue, sales, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS commercial metrics (pipeline, conversion, CLV, sales cycle length, ARR/MRR).
  • Proficiency with Power BI (or similar visualization tools) to create dashboards and reports.
  • Intermediate SQL skills for querying and manipulating data across multiple sources.
  • Proven ability to conduct funnel analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
