We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will leverage data to improve sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth. Acting as a bridge between data analysis and commercial strategy, you will provide actionable insights, optimize processes, and empower leadership with the visibility needed to make data-driven decisions. This role has a meaningful influence on how commercial performance is measured and discussed at leadership level.
Your Tasks
  • Act as an embedded Analytics partner to the Commercial Team, shaping how commercial performance is understood, measured, and improved across the company.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales strategy and operations.
  • Work with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and fellow Data team members to establish and evolve shared definitions for revenue, pipeline, customer motions, and attribution.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Revenue Operations processes by improving how insights are produced, reviewed, and acted upon, shifting the organization from reactive reporting to informed execution.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities across pipeline health, partner contribution, upsell and retention dynamics, and regional performance, and translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Support commercial planning cycles including forecasting, target setting, and performance reviews through structured analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Translate commercial strategy into analytical models that support decision making, including revenue forecasting, capacity planning, territory and geo analysis, and partner performance assessment, in collaboration with Commercial and Finance stakeholders.
You Bring
  • Solid experience in a commercial analytics, revenue operations, or sales operations role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or subscription based business, with exposure to complex go to market setups.
  • A strong understanding of how revenue is generated, tracked, and grown across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, expansion, retention, and partnerships.
  • Proven ability to work with commercial stakeholders to frame ambiguous business questions, challenge assumptions, and translate them into clear analytical approaches and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain and present complex analytical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with V- and C-level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
  • Hands on analytical skills, including the ability to query data (SQL) and build logic that supports forecasting, attribution, and performance analysis.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient mindset with the ability to balance technical analysis and business impact.
