We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will leverage data to improve sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth. Acting as a bridge between data analysis and commercial strategy, you will provide actionable insights, optimize processes, and empower leadership with the visibility needed to make data-driven decisions. This role has a meaningful influence on how commercial performance is measured and discussed at leadership level.
You Bring
- Solid experience in a commercial analytics, revenue operations, or sales operations role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or subscription based business, with exposure to complex go to market setups.
- A strong understanding of how revenue is generated, tracked, and grown across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, expansion, retention, and partnerships.
- Proven ability to work with commercial stakeholders to frame ambiguous business questions, challenge assumptions, and translate them into clear analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain and present complex analytical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with V- and C-level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
- Hands on analytical skills, including the ability to query data (SQL) and build logic that supports forecasting, attribution, and performance analysis.
- A proactive, self-sufficient mindset with the ability to balance technical analysis and business impact.
