We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who thrives on collaboration, lives for standout ideas, and can craft copy that moves, informs, and inspires. In this role, you’ll be part of a team of designers, strategists, marketers, and brand leaders, working together to tell powerful stories and shape bold campaigns.
This role sits within our fast-paced marketing team at Usercentrics. This is your chance to help define how our brand shows up in the world. We’re pioneering Privacy-Led Marketing, a new way to build customer trust and deliver value through transparency, consented choices, and user control. It’s a space brimming with potential, and we’re just getting started.

If you’re someone who can conceive a campaign with an agency partner in the morning, write a script for a brand or product video after lunch, and jump into social copy before the day’s out, we want to hear from you.
4+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in a startup, growing tech company, creative agency, or digital publication.
A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and craft across multiple formats and platforms.
Proven ability to think big, move fast, and adapt tone of voice to different formats, audiences, and strategic objectives.
Experience building campaigns and working with creative teams and agencies, including briefing, ideation, and executional support.
Ability to think strategically and write with clarity, wit, and purpose; balancing creativity with performance.
Strong understanding of content performance metrics and how to write with results in mind; without compromising creativity.
Confidence in presenting your ideas and receiving feedback with openness and curiosity.
A self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Endless curiosity: you’re always wondering what’s new, how things work, what’s going on, and why. And more importantly, when you learn, you want to share it.
Bonus points if you’ve worked on brand storytelling frameworks, editorial content, or creative development for video-first or social-led campaigns.
