We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with a strong focus on customer retention and lifecycle marketing. As part of the Growth Retention team, you will own initiatives that increase user engagement, reduce churn, and drive long-term customer value by working closely with product, data, and design teams. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.
Your Tasks
  • Retention strategy: develop and execute marketing-driven retention strategies focused on engagement, churn prevention, and win-back.
  • Lifecycle campaigns and flows: design, implement and manage multi-channel campaigns and flows (email, in-app, etc.) to improve user engagement and reduce churn.
  • Segmentation & personalization: leverage behavioral, and product usage data, combined with insights from customer research, to deliver targeted and personalized content and experiences.
  • Experimentation: run A/B tests and cohort-based experiments to optimize messaging, timing, and channels for maximum impact.
  • Data analytics & insights: monitor retention KPIs and report performance with actionable insights.
  • Content development: create and optimize content (emails, in-app messaging, flows, etc.) to support both product and marketing-led initiatives.
  • Collaboration: partner with Product, Design and Data teams to align retention initiatives with product improvements and customer feedback.
You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in SaaS or digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Deep understanding of user segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor in decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and metrics.
  • Proven track record of designing and running successful retention strategies and campaigns.
  • Exposure to customer success initiatives or in-product engagement strategies.
