The Commercial Enablement team is  looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance the performance of our global sales organisation. 
In this role, you will design, implement, and scale enablement programs that empower our sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer value.

This position plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency, aligning go-to-market teams, and ensuring our sales organisation is fully equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your Tasks
  • Define and execute a global enablement strategy that supports all stages of the seller journey - onboarding, everboarding, role-based training, and ongoing upskilling

  • Drive GTM management initiatives that support the adoption of new tools, processes, and strategic direction across the GTM organization

  • Lead high-impact sales enablement projects that improve and ramp onboarding, ongoing learning, and sales productivity across the commercial organisation.

  • Process optimization: Identify areas of inefficiency and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth and improve overall sales effectiveness.

  • Define the rules of engagement and support processes that align teams around consistent workflows and handovers

  • Tech stack ownership: Own the processes and optimization of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Common Room, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring effective adoption, training, and continuous optimization of tools

  • Develop and deliver scalable learning experiences such as learning programs, playbooks, talk-tracks and demo-frameworks, role-specific learning paths, and on-demand training modules.

Build strong relationships with Sales Leadership and BI team to surface gaps, gather field feedback, and shape priorities and processes
You Bring
  • At least 5+ years of experience with SaaS B2B companies in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue enablement, or a related field.

  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact on sales performance.

  • Strong knowledge of enablement platforms and tools such as Clari-Co pilot and Mindtickle LMS

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
