We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Tracking Specialist to own and optimize marketing analytics and tracking across all digital campaigns. You will ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection that enables the marketing team to measure, analyze, and scale performance.
This role sits in the Web Experience team but serves the entire marketing organization, working closely with Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Paid Media, SEO, and Content Marketing. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the product and data teams to align on company-wide standards while focusing on marketing-specific tracking needs.
You Bring
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing tracking implementation and troubleshooting
- Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tag/pixel management.
- Familiarity with server-side tagging, data layers, and event tracking frameworks.
- Understanding of attribution models, consent management, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience managing offline conversion imports, CRM integrations, and building API-based data flows between ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRMs/databases
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, web, data, product)
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Looker, BigQuery), and marketing automation systems is a plus
