We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help shape a workplace where people and teams can thrive. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams to support growth, drive engagement, and build a strong, inclusive culture. You’ll be a trusted advisor, leading key people initiatives and ensuring our teams feel supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work. You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven Experience of at least 5+ years as an HRBP, HR Generalist or similar role, in a global environment (SaaS/ Tech preferred)
- User Knowledge of HRIS (Personio/ Workday/ SAP/ Peoplesoft/ HiBob, etc), Culture Amp, etc.
- Knowledge of data analytics and tools preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR/ People-management topics, HR projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities complemented by coaching skills and the ability to build strong relationships at every level
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Balance of strategic perspective and hands-on attitude — you know when to lead the conversation and when to roll up your sleeves.
- Data-minded approach to HR — you draw insights from people metrics to shape actions.
- Passion for crafting meaningful employee experiences and the courage to challenge approaches when they don’t fit.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages - Portuguese/ Czech/ Danish/ German a plus but not mandatory)
