We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our global HR Operations team. In this role, you will manage and maintain HR data integrity, oversee payroll and compliance specifically for our Portuguese operations, and act as the primary HR contact for employees in Portugal. You will contribute to process improvements, ensure adherence to local labor laws, and support various HR projects that drive operational excellence across the organization.If you’re passionate about HR operations and ready to make an impact within a global team, we’d love to hear from you.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years in HR operations in a global environment
- Technical knowledge and experience with maintaining and managing HRIS (Personio/ Workday/ SAP/ Peoplesoft/ HiBob, etc), payroll systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, audits (e.g. TISAX, ISO, SOX), etc. ideally (not mandatorily) at an international level and specifically on Portuguese labor law.
- Experience supporting HR operations, including Payroll, understanding of Labour Laws from a European context and related topics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects and drive/ work in topics around continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages such as Portuguese/ Czech/ Danish/ German are advantageous but not mandatory)
