We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our cross-functional growth team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to localize, adapt, and scale our product in the US market. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and go-to-market partners to ensure product-market fit, accelerate adoption, and deliver experiences that resonate with US customers.
Your Tasks
  • Define and execute a growth product strategy for US market expansion, ensuring strong product-market fit and competitive differentiation.
  • Adapt features, onboarding, and integrations to meet US customer expectations and compliance needs.
  • Conduct research with US-based users to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to synchronize product development with US growth strategies.
  • Run structured tests to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and free-to-paid conversion in the US.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure adoption, retention, ARR growth, and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to drive alignment and successful execution.
You Bring
  • Proven track record in product management for SaaS, B2B tech, or PLG companies, with internationalization or market entry experience.
  • Experience with localization, go-to-market alignment, or compliance-driven adaptation (preferably in the US market).
  • Solid understanding of growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven development.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and growth opportunities with the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments with a proactive mindset.
