The Accounts Receivable Accountant manages the full AR cycle — from invoicing through collections — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow health, supporting subscription billing through Chargebee, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in NetSuite.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- High level of accuracy with a solid understanding of billing processes and their impact on accounting.
- Able to multitask effectively and collaborate across departments.
- Handles customer inquiries with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.
- Resourceful in a fast-paced environment, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite preferred; strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Chargebee, Ariba, Stripe, and PayPal is a plus.
