We are looking for a motivated Collection Specialist to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team. The goal of our Accounts Receivable team is to provide our company consistent, high quality and customer oriented execution of AR processes that shape our culture and bring direct values.

Your Tasks
  • Managing debt collection for assigned entities within Usercentrics and Cookiebot brand (Follow up actively on overdues within given timeline, resolve inquiries and facilitate timely collections, dealing with correction of the invoices and issuing credit notes)
  • Maintaining good relationships & cooperation with partners and customers via email
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
  • Monitoring the AR aging and bad debts of assigned entities
  • Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Proactiveness in anticipating the service/customer needs
  • Collaborating within the accounting and customer support/service department
  • Suggesting continuous improvement ideas and actively support and participate on process standardization

You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant experience in accounts receivable or collections (3 years+) which requires communication skills with customers and partners and at the same time pays attention to details ideally from international company with high volume transactions (85k in total)
  • NetSuite experience nice to have, Microsoft Office and Excel (at the common user level), German language nice to have
  • Personal drive and proactive approach with a can-do attitude, being confident in decision making, excellent organizational and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multi tasking and embrace changes in a fast-paced environment
