We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing Partner Marketing Team!
In this role, you will own and drive the strategic partner marketing efforts across the Usercentrics product portfolio, with a primary focus on our Server-Side Tagging (SST) solution and its partner ecosystem. You will be responsible not only for co-marketing and enablement but also for supporting the acquisition of new SST-fit partners (Marketing, Analytics, and Web Dev agencies and consultants), developing marketing strategies and campaigns that attract, activate, and grow our ecosystem of partners.
You’ll work closely with and be supported by our Content team, Product Marketing team, Partner Enablement and Partner Managers, ensuring consistent messaging, strong execution, and alignment across all partner initiatives. Together, you’ll build scalable programs that strengthen relationships, expand our reach, and deliver measurable business impact.
You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (required).
- Demonstrated success developing and executing co-marketing programs with partners that drive measurable results.
- Proven ability to drive partner acquisition and activation initiatives, ideally for technically complex products or ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, partner ecosystems, and demand generation tactics.
- Experience building integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Experience or interest in Product Marketing and technical topics such as Server-Side Tagging (SST) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
- A proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset with a passion for building partnerships that drive growth.
