We're looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Recruiter who’s ready to grow, challenge assumptions, and help us build extraordinary teams. This isn’t a checkbox-filling role - we want someone who thrives on change, asks “why,” and confidently partners with stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with the Recruitment team and wider HR, to drive talent acquisition forward, while also playing a hands-on role in refining how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent across Europe.

Your Tasks
  • Own full-cycle recruitment

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders - building real partnerships

  • Contribute to process improvement and test drive emerging recruitment tools 

  • Participate in building scalable, high-quality recruitment workflows that bring great candidates to a great company

  • Help shape our data-informed hiring strategy (bonus points if you love analytics!)

  • Grow into a trusted advisor, not just an executor - we want you to bring your ideas to the table

You Bring
  • At least a year of hands-on recruiting under your belt – we care more about your drive and independence, but you should know the basics

  • The ability to see beyond CVs and really gauge skills, potential, and team fit

  • Clear, confident communication that builds trust with candidates and hiring managers.

  • You prefer to communicate in English at work? Great – so do we.
