SEO/LLMO Specialist (m/f/d)

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS
This role sits in the Web Experience team and works closely with Product marketing, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and Growth team. You will focus on execution and optimization, while contributing insights that help shape our broader SEO strategy.
Your Tasks
- Own on-page SEO execution across key pages
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to existing and new content
- Create content briefs with SEO requirements and keyword guidance
- Identify content refresh and optimization opportunities based on performance data
- Perform regular technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, performance)
- Collaborate with the web team to prioritize and implement SEO-related fixes.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across new pages, templates and site updates
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and page-level performance in GA4 / GSC / other SEO tools
- Track the impact of optimizations and report insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives by optimizing content structure for AI-generated answers (clear entities, definitions, comparisons, summaries), helping adapt existing SEO content to perform well in LLMs
- Monitor visibility trends across traditional SERPs and AI-driven surfaces
You Bring
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency), with clear ownership of on-page and technical SEO tasks.
- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals
- Practical experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of keyword research, search intent, and SERP analysis
- Ability to collaborate with content writers and developers
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication and structured thinking
