Location
Hybrid in Lisbon (Office presence required - 5 office days per week)
You Bring
- At least 3 years experience in event planning, office management or a related role
- Strong fluency in written and spoken English (our company language); proficiency in Portuguese is a must
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential for this role, as you’ll be managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- This role calls for an outgoing individual with emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, strong teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and confidence in public speaking. It also includes maintaining a tidy, well-organized office environment, with responsibilities like recycling and plant care.
- Flexible and reliable, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adjust to varying schedules, including occasional evening events to ensure the best experience for our employees.
- Proficiency in Google communication tools and relevant software such as Slack, Asana, Canva, invoicing tools and similar
- Creative thinking and the ability to plan and execute engaging, fun, and memorable events and activities
