We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our IT Operations team in Prague. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Usercentrics’ internal IT infrastructure.
As an IT System Administrator, you will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including internal networks, systems, and tools, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our global IT environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a secure, stable, and high-quality IT experience for our teams as the company continues to grow.
Your Tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain internal IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage and monitor internal networks and technology tools, including MDM solutions.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, access rights, and employee workstations.
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure a high level of security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and best practices.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, new releases, and hardware refreshes.
- Support internal and external certification and audit requirements from an IT perspective.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend improvements to strengthen system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Provide hands-on technical support to employees when required.
- Contribute to IT documentation, processes, and the team’s internal knowledge base.
You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in network administration, ideally with UniFi environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in firewall administration, ideally with Fortinet solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (3–5 years preferred).
- Ability to create scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong service mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve how IT supports the business.
