part-time Office Event Coordinator (m / f /d) in New York to join our Employee Experience team for up to
12 hours per week (onsite, generally spread over 2 days). If you're a creative, extroverted and driven individual who finds joy in event & project planning, office management and is committed to cultivating a positive work culture and employee experience, we welcome your application for this exciting role.
You Bring
- Experience in event planning, office management, or a related role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential, as you’ll manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- This role suits an outgoing person with strong emotional intelligence, empathy, patience, a collaborative mindset, and confidence in public speaking. You’ll also help maintain a tidy, well-organized office environment, including responsibilities such as recycling coordination and plant care.
- Flexible and reliable, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional evening events to ensure a great employee experience.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, Canva, and invoicing software is a plus.
