Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Usercentrics is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing initiatives for current customers and prospects. You will steer product marketing initiatives, prioritize and support internal requests, and enable project execution, product launches, and large marketing campaigns. Your primary focus and expertise will be on website, email, and sales collateral projects, as well as multi-channel campaigns.

As Product Marketing Manager, you are a direct link among Product, Marketing, Communications, and WebDev, as well as our commercial teams. You bring important product releases and updates to the team and coordinate to deliver collaborative results. Your goal is to communicate the value and unique selling points of our products, features, and plans, encouraging customers to optimally use our products and make the most of new features available to them. Your efforts directly impact recurring revenue from successful prospect conversions and retention rates of current customers.
Your Tasks
  • Own the objectives of product marketing. Drive strategy and initiatives for prospects and current customers, including product newsletters, feature landing pages, and sales collateral (like onepagers, whitepapers, slide decks, videos) 
  • Act as direct link between the Product and Marketing teams, proactively disseminating product knowledge and coordinating team execution efforts 
  • Understanding of technical products and features and translating them into a marketing and communication strategy
  • Involvement in the development of new products and features for the entire product lifecycle, working closely with the Product team
  • Project management of marketing efforts for product launches, feature updates, and pricing/plan changes via various channels 
  • Support Sales in converting leads with targeted sales collateral
  • Support Customer Support and Customer Success Management in maintaining high customer retention rates and encouraging customers to optimally use our products and new features via communications and marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters)
  • Develop effective product marketing strategies and positionings (pricing, advertising, product and feature launches)
  • Build on product messaging and unique selling propositions for new products and features, translate technical details into benefits and value for the user
  • Gather product feedback from customers, collect and synthesize market insights and trends to communicate to the Product team
You Bring
  • A minimum of 4 years in Product Marketing roles for B2B SaaS companies that operate across markets and serve Enterprise, MidMarket and SelfServe segments
  • Strong technical and product understanding: you fully understand how our software and/or new features work from a technical point of view 
  • Comprehensive project management skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of product marketing campaigns and channels for successful campaign execution, especially websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently through the project lifecycle
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and build helpful processes 
  • Industry knowledge: where our audience is, what they are interested in
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in
  • Leadership and management skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Proficiency in the following tools: Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets
  • English language fluency (C1 or above), German language skills is a plus
  • An interest in the privacy landscape and willingness to learn about Consent Management
