Usercentrics is rapidly growing and is looking for a Product Manager who will shape our Usercentrics WEB client. This is a strategic role because you will own the end-user experience and impact the interaction of millions of user with our Enterprise CMP. This role is exciting because there are many opportunities to be innovative & to discover new ways to solve our customers problems in a differentiated manner.
Contribute to the vision and design of a next-generation consent management platform
Define the Problem Space before diving into the Solution space
Create and maintain close relationships with our customers and market to develop a deep understanding of their needs as well as the competitive landscape
Create processes to capture, analyze, leverage and share customer insights
Collaborate with team members to craft solutions to meet customer needs
Evangelize ideas that will help to resolve customer problems
Work with engineering, marketing and sales to build business use cases and define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products and services
Align roadmap priorities with all relevant stakeholders
Ensure that user stories are properly prepared, planned and delivered
Document product functionality
Collaborate with marketing to effectively launch new services, features and enhancements
Facilitate sales through training and creation of collateral materials for new product launches and features
Validate and improve product over time through measurement and experimentation
Strong Product Sense
Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and collaborative skills to lead a change in direction when needed.
Understanding of agile development and implementation processes
