  • You are a non-prescription Agile Ambassador who puts people above processes
  • A lot of empathy and incomparable communication skills
  • Experience as Agile Coach or Delivery Manager in a fast-growing Start-up / Scale-up
  • An intrinsic desire to support people and teams in becoming their best version of themselves
  • A proactive and hands-on approach - you see what needs to be done
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Basic understanding of Web Technologies
  • An advanced understanding of how software is being developed
