We’re looking for a communicative and passionate HR colleague for our Global HR team with a special focus on employees in 2 Danish offices (Copenhagen and Odense), who loves working in an international environment and at the same time is able to contextualize global procedures to Denmark. The role will report to our global Head of HR, based in Munich. Your HR colleagues are based in Munich and Prague and we are a mixed global team so you will carry out your work in both Danish and English. Also the company language is English. This role is a new role as we are expanding our global HR organization and we prefer our new colleague to be based in Odense or in Copenhagen or at a reasonable commuting distance from there so you can visit the office regularly.

Your Tasks
The first point of contact for our approximately 70 employees in our two Danish office regarding the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. Danish vacation law, advising on parental leave, understanding the payslips) and enhance the employee experience
Advise our leadership team on Danish HR rules around employment, resignations, non-compete clauses, work visas etc.
Own HR-operation related and administrative activities from A-Z including employment agreements, amendments, and other
Responsible for the monthly payroll preparation, ensuring correct payrun
Responsible for the onboarding experience of new joining colleagues
Provide assistance in visa processes
Implement new and optimize existing HR practices while ensuring their alignment with our company’s objectives and compliance with HR regulations
Cooperation and coordination of business concepts and collective personnel matters with the dedicated HR business partners
Labor-law and procedural advising of the employees
Creation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
Maintain and implement correct data into HRIS and employee file integrity
Collaboration in national and international HR projects
Identifying HR Process needs, Creating and implementing HR Policies, Guidelines and maintaining compliance with country regulations
Assist in local and global HR Audits
Responsible for time/absence management
Implement Training programs in cooperation with the HR business partners
Manage the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications, payroll transfers, etc.
Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policies
You Bring
Professional and confidential attitude throughout all situations, in particular, whilst handling sensitive (HR) information
Positive and service-oriented attitude paired with strong communicative and interpersonal skills, as well as the desire to work in a multicultural and a startup environment
3-5 years experience in an HR position and working with an HR Information System (HRIS)
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to self organize and prioritize important tasks/ projects
Proven knowledge of the Danish Labour Law, in particular, ‘Funktionærloven’ and with a good comprehension of the Danish Holiday Act ‘Ferieloven, as well as general taxation and parental leave rules
High problem-solving competencies and resourceful thinking, particularly when faced with tight schedules in which producing quality and volume are of the essence
Danish payroll preparation know-how is a welcome addition. Proficiency in Danløn is a strong plus.
Flexibility to work effectively, both within a team or independently, across organizational boundaries and to take initiative and additional responsibilities when needed
Excellent (C1) English and Danish language knowledge skill, both verbal and in writing
