Employee Experience Lead (m / f / d)

The Employee Experience Lead will help champion the development of our employee experience, as we evolve our approach to hybrid work and a global footprint. You’ll help foster a collaborative, highly-engaged, innovative, and inclusive value-based culture as we rapidly scale in the years to come. This role will ensure that we’re communicating with & listening to our people and keeping them connected and engaged through meaningful experiences (remote and onsite), ultimately building pride, a sense of community, and dedication to our vision/mission.

This role reports into the VP of HR.
Your Tasks
  • Plan, implement, and host virtual and physical company events and experiences that promote employee engagement (including one big Company Kickoff a year), facilitating a Culture & Events Committee and manage the (part-time) office management team
  • Being responsible for lively & appealing internal communications, via Slack and other channels
  • Set up regular employee engagement surveys in cooperation with the HR Team and own the complete process and its communication
  • Build and own an employee recognition program that recognizes our colleagues for their accomplishments and milestones
  • Partner with other internal teams on various team-related projects and initiatives, as needed
