Sales Development Representative DACH (m/f/d)

We are excited to be expanding our company with a distinguished Sales Team, and we are therefore looking for a Sales Development Representative to fill one of the key roles in our Prague office.

The Sales Development Representative will be a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, responsible for lead generation and development. Their efforts will help us extend our global reach and impact on the DACH market.

Your Tasks
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of our products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and partners
  • Being the first point of contact and performing warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
  • Handling incoming queries and establishing initial client relationships through a variety of channels (company website, LinkedIn, phone, email, etc)
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
  • Design industry-specific outbound efforts in order to engage with the key accounts in order to book meetings with them and pass those contacts over to Account Manager's team
  • Handing overqualified leads to the Account Executive team for further sales efforts towards closing the opportunity/deal
  • Working with a CRM system and keeping the information and activity flows up to date
You Bring
Professional qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has
  • at least 6 months of experience in Sales or similar area
  • excellent English and German language skills, both written (email/messenger communication) and spoken (phone calls, video conferences, events participation)
  • a good understanding of the industry specifics
  • a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
