We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness and productivity by equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to excel in their roles. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for sales enablement and a proven track record of implementing successful enablement programs, we want to hear from you.
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance for the sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement programs.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience working with sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, sales content management, sales training platforms) preferred.
- Full proficiency in English plus one additional language
- Experience in organizing and running trainings
